Unfortunately, the check-out in the order proces is only available in Dutch. We will provide as much information as possible in English so that you are able to place an order in our webshop.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from us immediately after completing your order on the website. If you do not receive an e-mail, there is a chance that it has ended up in your spam mailbox. So always check this mailbox. If you really have not received an email, you can send an email to info@sasspecialgifts.nl and we will send you the confirmation.

 

Delivery time and shipping
We try to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, our orders are delivered by PostNL and DHL. We will ship your order when we have received the payment via Mollie (our payment platform). The delivery time depends on the destination country. If, for whatever reason, your order is delayed, we will always inform you about this. When we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a Track and Trace number so you can track your order.

 

We currently ship to the countries listed below. In the document below you can also see what the shipping costs are and what the estimated delivery time is. All our orders are sent with Track & Trace.

SEPA

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. It was introduced by the European Council to simplify payment transactions in Europe. With SEPA transfers can be made from any European payment account to any other European payment account. The amount can be transferred very easily via internet banking. SEPA credit transfers are supported in 34 countries. The European Union has developed the SEPA standards to streamline euro transfers. Consistent and uniform bank account numbers, IBAN, have been introduced for this. The standardized bank account numbers ensure that international transfers can be processed faster and without additional costs. For consumers, the benefits include great international accessibility to stores, fast transactions and low transaction costs. Processing a transfer within SEPA countries takes a few working days.
