Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@sasspecialgifts.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

 

Return conditions
Not happy or satisfied with your purchase? Then you can report this to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Conditions for the return are:

 

  1. If it concerns a giftbox, the entire giftbox must be returned.
  2. Personalized or custom made products cannot be returned.

 

Unfortunately, products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

 

Cost
The costs for the return are for your own account. We recommend that you send it with Track and Trace.

 

Refund
After we have received and checked the return of the product or products, we will refund the purchase amount in the same way that it was paid. The refund will be made within 14 days. You will receive an email from us when we have received the return and refund the money. Keep in mind that it may take a few days before it is on your account, depending on the services of your bank.

  2. Fill in the return form and add it to your return shipment.
  3. Put the return address below on the packaging.

Take your package to a shipping location, we recommend that you send your package with a Track and Trace number. As long as we do not receive your package back, we unfortunately cannot process your return and therefore cannot proceed with a refund.
